Shipping Policy

At Cleto, we work hard to make sure your favorite bags reach you safely and on time.
Please read our shipping and delivery details carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

  • During festive seasons or sales, processing times may take slightly longer due to high order volume.


2. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other locations: 5–8 business days

  • Remote areas: May take up to 10 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimated and depend on the courier service and delivery location.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small handling fee (if applicable) will be shown during checkout.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • An email/SMS notification with your tracking details.

  • You can track your order anytime through the courier’s tracking link provided.

If your tracking status hasn’t updated for more than 48 hours, contact us and we’ll assist you immediately.


5. Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate when placing the order.
Cleto will not be responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us within 6 hours of placing your order to request a correction.


6. Undelivered Orders / RTO

If a parcel is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., customer unavailable, incorrect address, or refusal to accept),

  • We can reship it once after verifying details, or

  • Provide a refund after deducting the two-way shipping cost.


7. Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged, please:

  • Take photos or videos of the package and product, and

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cletobun@gmail.com
    We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


8. International Shipping

At the moment, we ship only within India.
International orders are not yet supported, but we’re working to make Cleto available worldwide soon 🌍.
