Return & Exchange Window
We offer a 7-day window from the date of delivery for both returns and exchanges.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused and unwashed.

The product must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective.
Return Process

Contact our support team via Gmail - cletobun@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Share your order ID, product details, and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.

After inspection, your refund will be credit within 5–7 working days.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Exchange Process

Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Mention the product you want to exchange and your preferred colour or replacement.

Once approved, we’ll arrange the exchange pickup and send out your new product.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Products
so once we will inspect the order, we will re-deliver either exchange or replace product within 5-6 working days.
